Neighbors Construction, LLC was founded in 1999 by Jim Howell who originally worked alone as an independent carpenter doing interior trim, custom framing, and finishing Modular homes. In 2004, he became licensed and insured and then expanded the business to a crew of two to three helpers doing conventional framing, building log homes, decks and porches.

Neighbors Construction does custom work by cutting french doors into existing foundation walls and interior walls, building bars and installing crown molding, doing custom interior trim, and installing laminate floorings. We've remodeled bathrooms, kitchens and built additions to existing homes and built complete conventional homes.
